License and support
Boltumi is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, linked below. These notes explain its optional coins and recovery features. The developer is Maricel Caciula, trading under the Play Right Here brand. Contact support@playrighthere.com for help. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
A free puzzle game
Boltumi can be played without buying coins. Every campaign level is designed to be solvable without paid tools. Undo is free. Optional tools can add moves, create a hole, remove a screw or lift a piece, subject to the rules and limits shown in the game.
Buying and using coins
Coin packs are consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple. Before confirming, Apple shows the price in your store’s currency. Coins can also be earned through play. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred between players or exchanged for money, and do not expire. Spending them on a tool reduces the balance by the amount shown. No subscription or recurring charge is created by buying a pack.
Delivery and approval
Coins are added after a verified purchase is durably saved. An interrupted transaction can be checked by reopening the app or using Restore purchases. Pending parental approval is not a completed purchase. Apple’s payment terms and refund process apply.
Recovery and separate devices
Your wallet is stored on the device. If iCloud is available, the app attempts to maintain recovery copies in your private iCloud storage. On a fresh installation you can explicitly recover one available copy before earning or spending coins there. This is recovery, not a shared wallet: independent device balances are not merged. A delayed or missing cloud copy can prevent recovery of the latest state. Contact support if a purchase is missing.
Progress and refunds
Resetting progress does not erase coins or purchase records and does not reset eligibility for already claimed rewards. If Apple revokes or refunds a purchase, its coins are removed up to the available balance; the balance is never made negative.
