A purchase is missing
Check that Apple completed the payment. A purchase awaiting parental approval delivers coins only after approval. Reopen Boltumi with an internet connection, then use Restore purchases in the coin shop to check interrupted transactions. This does not buy another pack. If coins are still missing, contact support with the Apple order reference and product name.
A new phone or a reinstall
Before earning or spending coins on a fresh installation, open Settings → iCloud backup → Recover. Use the same iCloud account and allow time for Apple to synchronize. Select the dated device copy you want to continue from. Recovery uses one saved balance; it never adds two wallets together. Continue playing on the recovered device. Apple does not restore already-delivered consumable coins as a new purchase.
Limits of recovery
An iCloud copy is not an instantly synchronized wallet. Offline play, a full iCloud store, disabled iCloud, changing the iCloud account or deleting the app before a copy uploads can prevent recovery of the newest progress. Reopen the app after signing into iCloud. Copies larger than the app’s backup limit cannot upload. Keep the original installation until you have checked the recovered balance; contact support before erasing a save that already contains purchases.
Resetting the game
Reset progress in Settings starts the campaign again while retaining coins, purchase records and already claimed rewards. Replaying or resetting a level does not repeatedly award its first-clear coins.
Refunds
Request an eligible refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. When Apple reports a refund, the app removes the corresponding coins up to the available balance. A refund never leaves the wallet below zero.
Reminders and sound
Reminders are optional. Enable them in Settings or disable them there at any time; notification permissions can also be changed in iPhone Settings. Music and effects have separate volume controls in the game.
